Sundays class incorporates Asana, Pranayama, meditation and mantra for an inspirational Kundalini Yoga experience. Invigorating kriyas, paired with transformational meditations. Kundalini Yoga is the spiritual science of discovering the Self. All levels welcome. Modifications given.
