Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Family Yoga
Full Kundalini Yoga classes with a kriya (set of exercises or actions), relaxation and meditation are the foundation of a powerfully transformative practice that keeps us ‘tuned up’. Time conscious classes are crafted to give you a powerful experience in a shorter amount of time, ranging from 45 minutes to an hour and a half.
Meditation is a simple technique that is like a daily shower for cleansing the mind and body. Increase vitality, renew focus and energy, stay healthy, and manage stress. Kundalini Yoga meditations are unique, each one its own pearl of wisdom with a specific purpose. Enjoy the most powerful meditative practices in Kundalini Yoga, and rare meditations not typically experienced in a studio.
Our teachers have valuable experience and knowledge. Dr. Sham-Rang, a first generation teacher implements extensive medical and Ayurveda knowledge for deep healing. Sat Nam Kaur specializes in working with families, including learning challenged children. Sat Avtar Kaur uses the practice for infinite creative inspiration and has transformed a past of childhood trauma through the practice.
We achieve our goals more readily with an active support system and community. Our private Facebook group is a space of support and knowledge sharing. All our teachers check in regularly to answer questions and keep members inspired. This is where we support each other during the free 40 day meditations and post updates on the latest classes.
Ignite your infinite potential. Get inspired to achieve your optimal state of physical and mental health. Stay inspired with group energy every month with a teleconference lead by Dr. Sham-Rang. He imparts 35 years of medical knowledge, eastern healing, spiritual and yogic teachings. The teleconferences are live discussion you can participate in, or listen to later.
Beginning a practice is often the hardest part. When you are unable to attend a studio, for whatever reason our videos aimed for beginners introduce you to the basics of the practice. Learn how we prepare for each class, what modifications are available for injuries, and how to enhance your meditation practice. Build your confidence with an introduction at home.
We offer HD streaming and downloads of our classes. Download the class to your mobile device or laptop, or burn a DVD and take it with you. When wifi or internet isn’t available don’t be limited. Take your Kundalini Yoga practice anywhere. Save videos in your playlist for later.
