All our teachers check in regularly to answer questions and keep members inspired. This is where we support each other during the free 40 day meditations and post updates on the latest classes.

Dr. Sham-Rang Khalsa is a rare mix of western medicine physician and eastern medicine healer certified in acupuncture, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, and Ayurveda. Sat Nam Kaur is an award winning educator with 25 years experience and now works with children diagnosed with special needs and learning challenges. Through Learning From The Heart, a program she designed to support children and families meet the challenges of learning Sat Nam has helped families achieve extraordinary results. She is the author of Reading from the Heart, a reading program for parents to use with their children who have been diagnosed with dyslexia. Incorporating yoga, reflex integration, and other healing therapies she facilitates an inspiring path for children and families to find strength and transform their lives.
